All 3 seats are up for election. Ballots are sent  on  9/11. Ballots were counted on 12/2/25 but quorum was not reached. Ballots will be counted again on 1/6/26.

East Garrison Community Services District (EGCSD)

The EGCSD is overseen buy the County Board of Supervisors with the Parks Division which has led by Bryan Flores since early 2024.

EG CSD (Community Services District)
Definition of a CSD here. EG CSD, oversees a budget funded by our Mello-Roos taxes, advises the County Board of Supervisors about operationsof the CSD-owned parks in East Garrison and more. The CSD is made up volunteers (EG Residents) appointed by County Board of Supervisors.  Learn how to apply & more.
